Man lived for about 11 million years on this planet before criminals invented organizations they called 'governments' to give them an illusion of legitimacy to prey on innocent productive humans 'legally'. Our late coming Founders made some progress but fell into the fascist mode of tax and regulatory crimes set by all preceding governments. Before governments were invented and perverted, innocent men lived in accordance with the universal natural human law applicable to all but never observed by any criminal. Also, the 9th Amendment already forbids the initiation of force against anyone in America and everyone in government at every level has already sworn to protect and defend it. Or, for that matter, none of the other rights we have. I used the 9th to get free of all taxes and regulations and am using it to free everyone else, too, through its Quo Warranto provision the new Attorney General.
